The new 4-story, 66,154 sf Advanced Clinical Training and Research Center will serve to consolidate and be the first phase for future expansion of existing University of Nevada Health Sciences System programs including the University of Nevada School of Medicine and the UNLV School of Nursing through the shared use of classrooms, teaching labs, and simulated patient lab space. There will also be space for basic science research, a library and ambulatory care facilities for clinical medicine. CSA has worked closely with the SPWB and NHSE as well as UNLV and UNR School of Medicine to design a facility that accommodates the different uses and personalities of medical and nursing students.
