Description:
This new 13,000 sf 2-story office and retail building is located in the heart of the Medical District in Las Vegas. CSA and the owner wanted to create a facility that would set precedence for exciting architecture in the Medical District as well as create an interesting experience as you enter the site and building. The owner desired to provide a mixed use space that enhances the existing neighborhood by providing retail opportunities and outdoor cafe spaces on the first floor. The storefront plane angles in to ease pedestrian circulation into the outdoor plaza space from the neighborhood.
